All done! Here's a standard 14 oz. Kerr's mason jar. I roast with a Hearthware Precision and find that two batches just about fills one of these jars, depending upon the bean. I've made a few of these for friends and family. One person said he had run the lids through the dishwasher several times. Personally I haven't done that because the beans never actually touch the lids and so I haven't seen any reason to clean them, but it sounds like they will withstand that.
