I love my coffee. Why else would I take the trouble to put up this website?
I've formed various opinions about coffee over the years and one of them is that the very best way to make drip coffee is with the single cup method.
There are three widely used methods for making coffee and all them produce very different cups. These methods are:
1. Espresso
2. Drip
3. Infusion (which includes)
French press
Vacuum pot
I won't involve myself in pointless discussions about which is better, because I think each stands on its own. Although my daily brew is drip, I frequently make a nice espresso and less often a cup with my Hario Vacuum pot. Sometimes I even mix them! There's nothing quite like a cup of freshly brewed drip coffee with a shot of espresso mixed in.
The following pages, when completed, will be a step-by-step guide on how to make excellent drip coffee every time. Check back in a couple of weeks and I should have these pages posted.
